April has left us, and we are into May. Now April showers are supposed to bring May flowers, but we didn’t get a lot of rain in April. At least it didn’t seem so, we received a total of 2.90 inches of rain in April, which is .56 of an inch more than we received last year. Myself, along with the grass, plants and trees are looking for a bit more rain this month. It is a good thing that we as Christ Followers do not need the rain to continue to grow! All we need is some quite time and our Bibles. So, if you think you have not been growing much, take some time to read His word if you have been doing this, maybe increase your time in the word by 10 or 15 minutes. That extra time just may be your breakthrough. As Christ Followers we are not to be stagnant, we should always be growing in God’s word. Don’t leave it up to the pastors to spoon feed you, you may get over fed, or possibly under fed. It just depends on your appetite. I don’t think the internet is a good way to get your scripture information. There are some good sermons and teachings but there are way more false teachings out there too. Still the best way is what you study in your bible, along with the Holy Spirit guiding.

We have gone through some change over the last year, the pastors would like to hear from you about your thoughts. We have, like you, noticed a decline in attendance during the week for different classes. Is there something you would like to learn about? Please set up a time and let us know what it is. We are starting a class on the “Courts of Heaven”. We all know there is a court in heaven, but do youknow how it operates? Do you know you can enter these courts and petition your case? Do you know Satan uses these courts to legally condemn you and to get legal authority over you? We are going to be looking into and studying about these things. These things could be happening to you without your knowledge. Do you know that one person, that is always saying how they are being attacked by Satan? There is a way to stop him and his minions. There is a way to block him and take the legal scrolls to the Father and have the Father rebuke the enemy’s lies. I believe this is going to be an exciting study that the mainstream is not paying attention to. I was introduced to the Courts of Heaven and how it operates by a chance meeting one Sunday morning. I say chance but God planned it. He wanted to show me a little of what He can do. I called it a miracle because I saw what I saw and witnessed. I may tell this story during the class.

I believe most everything has been completed in and outside the building. There are just a couple small things to do on our punch list. The counseling room, and maybe something in the kitchen. When we start to get rain, you may see some more plants outside. If you would like to help me clean the green chairs, please let me know when you are available. They haven’t been cleaned in a couple of years and they are showing they need some love. We still need people to come and help clean, many hands make light work. We need someone to help with dusting, and cleaning windows. We could use someone to do a deep cleaning in the kitchen. We have a stellar team that clean the rest rooms, vacuum the floors and mop. So, the heavy stuff is covered. Pastor Charles got on the big mower and mowed the field for us this week, he said it was hot, but I think he was enjoying the time he put in. If you like to weed, or water grass and plants, I could use your help during the week. Again, a little here and there make adifference.
